Who can help with a payment or loan balance?
Contact the lender named in your loan agreement for payment dates, balances, repayment changes or the status of an approved loan. Just Borrow does not service loans and cannot access or change a lender’s account.

Is there a Just Borrow login or app?
This Just Borrow site has no customer account login or mobile app. If your lender offers an account portal, use the address in your agreement. Check the lender’s identity before entering a password or payment details.
Received a text using the Just Borrow name?
Just Borrow does not send text messages. An unexpected message using our name could be an impersonation attempt. Do not use its links, send payment or share a verification code. A lender or supplier may contact you under consent you gave them; check that sender independently.
Names and logos can be copied into spam emails, advertisements and fake apps. Navigate to the site yourself and verify any loan-related request using the contact details in your lender’s agreement.
