Privacy policy

How information is handled when you use Just Borrow, and what changes when you choose to use a separate supplier or lender service.

Last updated September 14, 2026

What does this policy cover?

This policy covers the Just Borrow by Maz Capitals website at mazcapitals.com. Just Borrow is a U.S. loan-information and connecting service. It does not lend money or manage loan accounts.

Loan requests use a third-party form hosted by accountevent.com, which loads after a security check. Applicant details are entered in the supplier’s embedded JavaScript form and sent to its services. Our site has no local application-processing endpoint or application database. The contact form handles website support separately.

What information is used when you browse?

  • Technical request information: serving a page involves your IP address, requested address, browser information and request time. Hosting and security systems may record this information in access or error logs to operate the site and investigate problems.
  • Amount and purpose selections: if you use the homepage controls, the selected amount and purpose are passed in the address of the request page and can appear in browser history and server access logs. The amount is kept in a temporary session and used to prefill the supplier form. The address is cleared before supplier scripts load. Choosing an amount does not submit a loan application.
  • State selection: a selected state may appear in the page address. The state selector does not request your precise location.

After the security check, the request page loads third-party tracking and form scripts from accountevent.com, and the supplier loads fraud-detection code from signsrv.com. These services receive technical browser and request information. This website does not create a customer account or a local loan-application database.

Which cookies does this website use?

The contact page uses a first-party session cookie named jb_support. It connects your browser to a form-verification token and submission timestamps used to limit repeated requests. The cookie itself contains a session identifier, not your message or loan details.

The request page uses a separate first-party session cookie, jb_application, for the selected amount, security challenge and attempt counter. Passing the security check permits form access for 30 minutes. These first-party cookies are session cookies; browser session restore may preserve them. Supplier scripts may set their own tracking cookies or use browser storage under their notices. Blocking cookies can prevent the security check or supplier form from working.

What happens to a support request?

The contact form asks for your reply email, a topic and a message. We temporarily store these on our web host and send them securely to our support dashboard to answer your request. If delivery fails, the message stays queued for another attempt. Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver and manage correspondence.

Do not provide Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, identity documents or loan-application information to website support. Support correspondence is separate from a lender's application or account service.

How does a loan request work?

After the security check, a third-party loan request form is displayed. The embedded form runs on this page and sends application details directly to the supplier’s services. Our own code does not read, log or store the form fields. The form provider and any lender receiving the request handle information under the notices and permissions presented in that journey.

Review the supplier's privacy notice, sharing disclosures, credit authorization and contact permissions before submitting. This policy does not replace those notices or describe every supplier or lender practice.

Why might information be shared?

Technical information is processed by services needed to host and secure this website. Support correspondence is processed by our support dashboard and email services. Information may need to be disclosed in response to a valid legal obligation or to investigate misuse and protect the service.

The supplier integration includes our affiliate account identifier and the site reference mazcapitals to attribute requests. The selected amount is passed to the supplier form. Applicant information submitted through that form is handled by the supplier and recipients described in its disclosures; it is not submitted to a local Just Borrow application endpoint.

How long is information kept?

The local delivery queue clears your email and message after our support dashboard acknowledges receipt. Delivery receipts remain for up to seven days. Pending messages remain queued until delivery succeeds. Support conversations remain in the dashboard for handling and follow-up; contact us about deletion. Hosting log and session retention depends on hosting settings.

We count page views and basic actions using daily totals by page and broad source category. The statistics do not contain message text, applicant fields, full referrer addresses or persistent visitor identifiers. Local totals are kept for 30 days and synchronized with our dashboard about every six hours. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit support spam; its local record expires within two hours.

Your connection to this site is encrypted to help protect information while it travels between your browser and the website. No internet service can promise absolute security. Avoid putting confidential information in a page address or sending it to website support.

What choices do you have?

You can browse the information pages without submitting a loan request, clear browser cookies and history, and leave the site without selecting an amount. Depending on your residence and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning access, correction or deletion of personal information. This policy does not limit those rights.

Use the Privacy question option on our contact page for questions about this website. A privacy request relating to a supplier's application or a lender's account should go to that organization using its own privacy contact details.

Children and intended audience

Just Borrow is intended for adults aged 18 or older in the United States. Do not use its support or loan-request features if you are under 18. The site is not designed to solicit information from children.
